ARTVENTURE OFF THE BEATEN TRACK
Two riders. Two bikes. One big adventure. Whether in the center of the of the Gobi Desert, on the mountain peaks of the Alps or along the fjords of New Zealand. Having produced content for international event series including the BMW Motorrad int. GS Trophy, the Spartan Race and the Ultra Trail World Tour, we are used to produce content in all kinds of environments to deliver authentic stories no matter the circumstances.
Independent adventure travel and camping gets more and more interesting to a growing number of people due to the current situation worldwide. We would like to use the chance of reopened borders and the restart of tourism to showcase the beauty, wilderness and adventure of Europe´s most remote, diverse and inspirational landscapes. We would like to attract you as a sponsor for our motorcylce offroad adventure project along the tracks of the Trans Euro Trail. Why seek far afield when the good is close by? We will start our journey with two KTM690 Enduro bikes from our hometown Innsbruck to Greece. Along the way offroad adventures and exciting trails in stunning landscapes are waiting for us. We want to discover and document these special moments in collaboration with you to tell an interesting and authentic travel story. |

WHO WE ARE
We are two freelance photographers / videographers from Germany with many years of experience in the outdoor and motorsports industry. Due to our longing for a life in the mountains, the enthusiasm for sports activities and riding bikes we can call the region around Innsbruck in Tyrol our second home.

VANESSA BLANKENAGEL
The 30-year-old, Munich-born, Vanessa discovered her passion for motorcycles and outdoor activities at an early age on the back of her dad´s old Africa Twin. Since 12 years riding bikes is part of her daily life - private and business wise. After her Bachelor´s degree in Sport Science in Munich, she worked for BMW Motorrad and Gore-Tex® in the marketing sector.
The desire to live a self-determined life in nature was stronger, so Vanessa decided to make her hobby her job. She moved to Tyrol and is working as a freelance photographer with clients like BMW Motorrad and BMW Automobile. Since 5 years Vanessa works as the official photographer for the int. BMW Motorrad GS Trophy in Mongolia, New Zealand & Albania. |
HANNES HOHFELD
During a semester abroad in South Africa, Hannes discovered his passion for photography, traveling and the outdoors. He has been on the back of mountainbikes and dirtbikes for more than 18 years. In 2013 he went on his first long distance motorcycle trip into the Saharan Desert and has been exploring the continent on two and four wheels ever since.
After his university degrees in Sports Management and Marketing he worked in the mountainbike industry for SRAM. A few years later his fascination for motorbikes & nature brought him to the heart of the Alps, where he is currently working as freelance Videographer as well as Marketing Manager for the motorcycle touring company TWTmoto. |
